Our flagship program is designed to integrate mental wellness into the school environment, ensuring that children and adolescents receive holistic support for their growth and development.
On-site and Virtual Counseling: Individual and group sessions tailored for children and adolescents.
Mental Health Education: Seamlessly embedded into daily school life to promote awareness and resilience.
Teacher & Staff Training: Practical guidance on psychological first aid and child-friendly support strategies.
Peer Support Clubs: Student-led groups that encourage ongoing conversations around mental wellness.
Workshops & Camps: Engaging sessions that empower learners with tools for self-care and emotional intelligence.
Community Outreach: Extending support to refugee children, rehabilitation centers, orphans and vulnerable children (OVCs), and young people in correctional facilities.
The UNMASKED program provides safe, inclusive spaces where campus students navigating mental health challenges can come together to connect, share their experiences, and receive emotional support. These groups foster understanding, reduce stigma, and create a sense of community for participants.
Since 2019, Mental Heroes has reached over 1,000 students through support groups across both the Main and Annex campuses, offering them a platform to openly discuss mental wellness and build resilience.
