Mental Heroes extends its services to refugees and displaced populations, acknowledging the unique mental health challenges caused by displacement, trauma, and the difficulties of adapting to new environments.
Our initiatives focus on:
Psychosocial Support: Offering counseling and emotional care to help individuals cope with stress and trauma.
Advocacy: Championing the rights of refugees to ensure they receive the dignity and protection they deserve.
Access to Mental Health Services: Connecting refugees to essential mental health care and community resources for ongoing support.
Through these efforts, we strive to foster healing, resilience, and hope among displaced individuals and families.
Sober is an online support group dedicated to helping individuals overcome alcohol addiction in a safe, understanding, and non-judgmental environment. The program provides a platform for participants to share their experiences, receive encouragement, and access resources that support long-term recovery.
Since its inception, the Sober program has walked alongside 20 individuals on their journey to sobriety, offering consistent guidance, peer support, and hope for a healthier, alcohol-free life.
