Mackline Kiiza is a trained social worker with extensive experience in project and general management, and a solid background in leadership, program management, and community engagement.
She currently serves as the Executive Director at Mental Heroes Kenya, where she leads efforts to promote mental well-being, build resilience, and equip individuals with essential life skills for a balanced and fulfilling life.
With a deep passion for mental health advocacy, Mackline combines her background in social work with strong leadership and organizational skills to design and oversee impactful programs. Under her guidance,
Mental Heroes has successfully implemented key initiatives such as SafeLearn, Unmasked, Ujirani Wellness, and Sober, reaching diverse groups including students, parents, refugees, and individuals in recovery.
Her leadership is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and a strong belief that mental health is essential for community growth and human dignity. Mackline continues to champion the creation of inclusive spaces where people can access support, build resilience, and thrive.
