Mental Heroes began in 2019 as a small peer support group on campus called “Unmasked”, providing students with a safe space to share their struggles. Over time, it grew into a registered organization reaching diverse groups, from young people in schools and universities to refugees, GBV survivors, and workplace teams.
With programs like Safe Learn, Unmasked, Sober, and Mind Matters, we continue to impact thousands by blending awareness, therapy, and community empowerment. Our journey is a testament to the power of resilience and the belief that mental wellness is for everyone.
